
Troy Bacon (34), is a 10-year veteran of the Frankfort Indiana Police Department. Troy has served as SWAT commander and currently serves as a patrol Lieutenant, department trainer, and is also on the bike patrol unit. He is married with three daughters and has been an active member of Cops on Top since 2005. He led the successful 2009 Aconcagua memorial expedition and has reached the summits of Rainier, Whitney, Elbert (winter), Pikes Peak, La PLata Peak (winter), Granite Peak, and many other western and eastern mountains in the United States.

Steve Janke (39), is a firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service stationed in the Ashley National Forest in Utah. Steve is currently a lead-crewmen helicopter rappeler and previously worked as a pro ski patroller, served as a gunner using artillery-explosives for avalanche control work, and trained avalanche search and rescue dogs. Steve is an avid skier and climber and has done so in the United States, Canada, South America, and Europe. Steve is married and is an active member of Cops on Top. He was an integral part of the 2009 Aconcagua memorial expedition where he reached the summit.
Nelson Grant (27), is a Deputy with the Flathead County Sheriffs Office in Montana where he serves on the Flathead County Mountain Rescue Team as well as the Special Weapons and Tactics Team and the patrol division. Nelson is an outdoor fanatic and loves to hunt, backcountry snowboarding, and climbing the more challenging peaks in Montana and Idaho. Having Glacier National Park as his backdoor helps sharpen the more technical aspects of mountaineering.

Caleb Pleasants (26), is a Deputy with the Flathead County Sheriffs Office in Montana where he serves on the Special Weapons and Tactics Team and the patrol divison. Caleb enjoys alpine climbing and backcountry skiing and primarily climbs and hikes in Montana as well as Idaho. He has also had the opportunity to summit Mount Rainier in August 2008 and also enjoys climbing in Bugaboo Provincial Park in Canada.
Timothy Wenthe (37), is an officer with the Montana State University Police Department where he serves on the patrol division and is an instructor for the Police Mountain Bike Team. Timothy is married and has two dogs with which he shares his love for the mountains. Timothy loves the outdoors and spends much of his time climbing in the Beartooth Range in Montana and has been fortunate to have climbed several Colorado 14ers where he acquired his altitude experience.
