Cops on Top is a team of volunteers from the law enforcement and public service community, who undertake mountain climbing expeditions to honor the memories of those heroes who have lost their lives in the line of duty protecting others. We welcome you to our home.

The Cops on Top 2009 Aconacgua memorial expedition was conducted in honor of Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski of the Philadelphia Police Department who was murdered on May 3, 2008 while attempting to apprehend bank robbers. The photos contained in this gallery document that expedition.

Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski worked at the 4th District before being transferred to the 24th District. During the presentation of the 2009 Aconcagua gifts to Michelle Liczbinski, officers from the 4th and 24th were in attendance to honor Stephen Liczbinski and thank Cops on Top.
